About The Compound

TTC TECHKOM Centrum compound is located close to the Depo Hostivař subway station and Prague ring road. Its nature makes it suitable for companies of all sizes. Lessees primarily appreciate extensive parking space and its own cafeteria and canteen. A specific feature of the compound is the power supply from two independent lines of the PRE network. It is due to the fact that one of the data centres operated by TTC TELEPORT is located here. A 24/7 reception service is provided in the compound.

TECHKOM Centrum includes a compound of four mutually interconnected renovated buildings and its surroundings is landscaped into a park. Offices are equipped with connections to basic ICT services (telecommunication services and internet). Some of the offices have their own kitchenettes, some are equipped with air-conditioning units. The premises are heated by a hot water system. Individual buildings are fitted with vertical and horizontal sliding plastic windows with blinds.

There are new lifts meeting European norms in the high-rise building. They allow for the transport of persons with reduced mobility.

The TTC TECHKOM Centrum compound houses office with area of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 m2 and open-space offices with the area of up to 400 m2. In addition, there are storage premises available with area ranging from 200 to 1,000 m2.
