There are two studios available and extensive surrounding area for technology. Studio no. 1 with the area of 1,152 m2, with electric power input of 400 V/300 A and with 82 shackles (bearing capacity of 200 kg) for the suspension of lamps or decorations, LED lighting and back area and facilities and Studio no. 2 with the area of 270 m2 with electric power input of 400 V/125 A and back area and facilities. Jinonice Studio is easily accessible from the Radlická road and is located in the quiet location of old Butovice in Prague 5. Other benefits of the Jinonice Studio include the possibility of parking in the compound and presence of the service that provides 24-hour access to the building. In the immediate vicinity of the compound, there is a wide choice of dining options.

Studios located in a standalone building are complemented by offices for production crew with area of 12 to 40 m2 and other premises such as green rooms, make-up rooms, wardrobe departments and dresser rooms of 20 to 100 m2, and warehouses for props and cameras. Offices are equipped with connections to basic ICT services (telecommunication services and internet) and fitted with security alarm.
