About The Compound

ATRIUM is a well-established administrative and production compound well accessible on foot and by other transport and with parking spaces for up to 66 passenger vehicles, of which 36 in front of and 30 inside the compound. It offers premises for manufacturing, trade and services right in the Trutnov town located at the foot of the Krkonoše mountains. In the immediate vicinity of the compound, there is a train and bus station, various food outlets, and the access to the compound is supervised by 24/7 reception service. Distribution and delivery services come to the compound every day.

Atrium compound houses office with areas of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 m2 and open-space offices of 600 m2. It additionally offers storage premises from 200 to 1,000 m2. The compound is suitable even for larger companies.

Atrium compound is composed of several interconnected and stand-alone renovated buildings. Offices are equipped with the connection to basic ICT services (telecommunication services and internet). Some of the offices have their own kitchenette, some are equipped with air-conditioning units. The premises are heated by a hot water system. Windows are fitted with blinds.
